Reservations require a valid Visa or Mastercard number. Holding card is not charged until time of service. 2 week cancellation notice required. Payment is accepted day of service, check, cash etc. If you do not make other payment arrangements prior to the date, we will assume to charge the holding card.
Mileage is included, within a 80 mile radius of Alder, MT. Areas included in the radius are Bozeman, Gallatin Gateway, Belgrade, Manhattan, and Butte. Mileage beyond 80 miles is charge $2.50/mile (one way), plus $30 per hour for gravel road travel.
